Yoga & Meditation

I firmly believe that if you can breathe, you can do yoga and that this practice is for everyone. You don't need to be flexible, thin or wealthy to reap the benefits of a regular movement, breathing, and mindfulness practice.

Yoga is for every body

I aim to make my teachings accessible and without shame; this practice isn't about getting anywhere, it's about meeting you where you are.

Incorporating teachings from Hatha, Ashtanga and Iyengar lineages along with more modern approaches like Infinite Source Yoga and modern mobility principles, my teaching style is slow and intentional (but not 'easy') and designed to connect you back to yourself, body and mind.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be flexible to practice yoga or attend your classes?

Not at all! If you can breathe, you can do yoga. I strive to make my classes accessible to everyone and will work with you to ensure that your needs are met without shame or judgement.

What do I need to bring?

I encourage you to bring your own mat, if you have one. I have props and extra mats on hand. It's also a good idea to bring a water bottle and possibly a small towel (especially in summer).

What should I wear?

Wear something that makes you comfortable and allows you to move freely. I also suggest bringing a sweater, in case you'd like to have it handy at the start or end of class.

How do we book?

Once you know which offering is right for you, reach out and we can get everything scheduled.

How do I get to the studio?

My studio space is located at Western Avenue Studios at 122 Western Avenue, Lowell, MA and is easily accessible by car or MBTA Commuter Rail Lowell Line.
