Are you looking for a rentable photo studio space in Maine? Suite G Studio in Biddeford, ME is owned by the amazing Leah of Leah’s Lens Photography, and without a doubt, this is one of my favorite spaces to create in.
Located on the Saco River, inside the historic Pepperell Mill building in downtown Biddeford, Maine, this gorgeous studio space is just 20 minutes from Portland, Maine.
The amount of intention and attention to detail that Leah has poured into the space is felt in every corner of Suite G. From the snacks and mini fridge full of drinks when you arrive to the crayons and colouring books on hand to keep little ones busy to the variety of seating, backdrop, and prop options, every element has been dialed in to make creating in Suite G an effortless experience.
It's full of gorgeous natural light, big enough to create a ton of variety, and truly feels like the perfect backdrop to bring your magick to life. Plus you can't beat the private bathroom). I'm almost certain it's impossible to take a bad photo in this space.
+ The details: just under 1,000 square feet, Suite G Studio features beautiful white brick, direct light, hardwood floors, and a private bathroom. Suite G also has free on-site parking, wifi, and a Bluetooth speaker (for all the photoshoot hype songs).
Rental rates for Suite G vary from $60 - $75/hour depending on how long you choose to rent the space, and rentals are typically available within 2-3 weeks' notice, depending on the time of year you are booking.
If you are in the Southern Maine, coastal New Hampshire area (or don't mind a bit of a road trip), Suite G is one of my top recommendations if you need a rentable studio space for your photo session. Whether it's a brand, family, portrait, or boudoir session (or something else entirely), Suite G deserves to be near the top of your list.
