Video Feature - Awaken Your Soul Retreat in Sedona, AZ

Every retreat is such a wildly rich, powerful, life-changing experience. And while it would be easy to chalk it up to the stunning locations, gorgeous accommodations, and high-quality food (which are all AMAZING, don’t get me wrong)…

The real power on retreat comes from the magick that happens when we gather together in person.

The presence, the emotion, the depth, the heart and soul - set and setting can certainly create a beautiful container, but the really good stuff comes from the *people*.

If we’ve met on retreat, I’ve probably told you this already, but for me, it’s not about capturing picture-perfect moments for social media (though that is definitely a valuable by-product 😉).

The heart of my *why*, specifically when it comes to retreats, is YOU.

I’m there to capture the moments of challenge and transformation and community.

I’m there to witness moments as they unfold, in all of their honesty and beauty, even when you might not think it’s a moment worth capturing.

I’m there so that you can drop in and be even more deeply present with your process and experience, knowing you’ll still have the memories to look back on later.

Real talk: It doesn’t matter to me if you never share a single retreat photo on your social media feed. 🫣

What matters to me are the quiet moments, years from now, when you scroll back through that album and you find *that* photo of you. The one where you’re fully immersed in the magick of the retreat, in a moment of deep feeling or sisterhood or inner work, and you’re immediately transported back to that time and place.

Co-creating and capturing the moments that change you, that change us, the moments that bring us together and remind us of the power of being together in community, face-to-face, holding each other through the darkness and the light. Being able to be a witness to the power of gathering together, hand-in-hand, and walking each other home - that’s the heart of my work and will always be my *why* ✨💛
