Confidence in the body

Our society typically tells us two things when it comes to confidence. We either have to be so confident that it becomes arrogance or we aren't deserving until someone else deems us worthy. We can't be confident until we land a certain job or a certain partner or a certain type of body...whatever it is.
On top of that, our bodies carry our personal history of every internalized experience of fear, shame, hesitation, doubt.

Confidence in the body is a deeply-rooted certainty and self-assurance present in every movement you make, in every word you say, everything you do.

That doesn’t mean being full of ourselves or having every single moment of our lives feel like, ‘omg! I’m the best!'

It means you are rooted and centered so profoundly in yourself and who you are that every breath you take, every movement you make, comes from your most true alignment and confidence.

It means you have the conviction that even if it doesn’t work out or even if it’s not perfect, your actions came from the center of you, and it was in integrity for you at that moment.

The question is - how do we teach ourselves a new way to be confident in our bodies?

We start with your roots, your feet, the walk. We dig into this feeling in the body of lack of confidence, insecurity, shame, embarrassment, confusion, depression.

And then we practice in a new way.

We start to understand what confidence feels like for us and how we hold that in our physical structure. We use the information in the body-mind to create an embodied confidence that you can feel and alchemize in your body.

You Got This is a sacred ceremony to connect you to authentic confidence and help you move through the world with embodied certainty. Be held in this powerful container to explore ritual, breathwork, and guided movement centered around holding authentic confidence in your body.

Stop doubting yourself. Reconnect with the center of You and root into your most embodied Self.
I can't wait to see you embody your power this way.
