Nervous about your session?

I get so many messages in the days leading up to a session…

“I’m so nervous”
“I’ve never been in front of the camera before”
“I don’t know what to wear”
“I’m too awkward”

The truth is your session doesn’t have to be fancy or high-pressure at all .
You can bring as many outfits as you want or you can wear nothing. You can bring props, you can dance or do yoga or sit and make funny faces.

Because it’s not about you showing up to perform some version of yourself.

It’s about you showing up exactly as you are

Part of the expertise I’ve developed through over a decade behind the lens is being able to break down the barriers that make it feel awkward and uncomfortable to get in front of the camera, especially if you’ve never done it before.

I’m confident in my ability to capture you in a way that feels authentic and empowering.

So that when you walk away from a session those initial thoughts have turned into:

“That was *SO* freeing, I can’t believe I was nervous!”
“When can we shoot again?!”
“I can’t believe that’s me!!!”
