The Setting
My home in the heart of Southern Maine offers land, stillness, and beauty that hold you differently than any studio can.
On our historic property, you're surrounded by trees, quartz-filled fields, a two-story barn, and a 20-foot temple bell tent. Your space to exhale and fully arrive.
This is a retreat for your body, your story, your becoming. A full day woven with nature, nourishment, and reverence for who you are.
You won't be able to unsee the woman you are when you leave.

About Monica
I was the girl who couldn't meet my own gaze.
I found my way back through rivers, through wildness, through the camera I turned on myself in the dark.
I built, from the ground up, the life I used to dream about from my most desperate room.
I learned to read the body the way I learned to read light, to read water: as information, as intelligence, as evidence of what's real.
Now I know the way home by heart, by body.
And I build worlds for other women to cross their own fires and arrive fully back to themselves.
